Melbourne, Australia, December 2025 – Marina Mullins has been appointed as Vice President – Early Clinical Development at Novotech, marking a significant leadership milestone in her clinical research and drug development career. In her new role, she will lead Novotech’s early-phase development strategy, strengthening therapeutic innovation, regulatory alignment, and global clinical execution.
Marina Mullins has been associated with Novotech for approximately five years, progressing through a series of leadership roles across therapeutic strategy and client operations. Prior to her appointment as Vice President, she served as Head of Therapeutic Strategy, following senior leadership assignments as Director – Therapeutic Strategy, Senior Team Lead – Therapeutic Strategy, and Team Lead – Therapeutic Strategy, where she played a critical role in strengthening early-phase trial design, regulatory pathways, and sponsor engagement across global programs.
Earlier at Novotech, Marina also served as Senior Client Operations Manager and Client Operations Manager, supporting biotech and pharma clients through clinical trial planning and execution.
Before joining Novotech, she served as Operations Manager at the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group (ALLG), contributing to clinical operations across oncology research networks in Australia.
She began her clinical research career at Nucleus Network, where she served for over four years as Clinical Trials Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Trials Pharmacist, following early pharmacy leadership roles at Pulse Pharmacy Northcote Plaza.
