Seattle, Washington, United States, July 2025 – Mark Wenrick has been named Vice President, People Services at Lease Crutcher Lewis, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most respected construction firms. In his new role, Mark will lead strategic people initiatives across the organization, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and advancing leadership development throughout the business.
Mark joins Lease Crutcher Lewis after serving as Head of People Experience at Grove Collaborative, where he led initiatives to align HR strategy with the company’s sustainability-focused mission. His leadership helped strengthen organizational culture and drive people-centered change across the business.
Before that, Mark held a pivotal role as Vice President, People Operations at GoDaddy, where he led HR for the company’s Care & Services division, supporting more than 2,400 employees across 55 countries. He directed a team of HRBPs, employee relations specialists, and talent professionals to deliver results across global workforce engagement, learning, and business transformation.
Mark previously spent over six years at Amazon, leading HR across multiple divisions including Amazon Logistics North America, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Amazon Fulfillment. His responsibilities included managing large, distributed teams, driving cross-border HR strategies, and supporting over 100,000 associates at scale.
Earlier in his career, Mark served as Director of People & Organization at Royal Canin, Director of Personnel & Organization at Mars, Inc., and held HR leadership positions at Avery Dennison, Campbell Soup Company, and Sigma Phi Epsilon, gaining broad experience in HR transformation, manufacturing operations, and organizational culture.
