Carolyn Henry Appointed as Head of People at JUMO

City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, September 2024 – Carolyn Henry has been appointed as the new Head of People at JUMO. In this role, Henry will be responsible for overseeing HR business partnering strategies and building capabilities to support JUMO’s strategic objectives while fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Carolyn Henry joins JUMO after serving as Senior Business Partner at the same company for over five years. In this role, she was instrumental in providing HR business partnering to three executives, focusing on building organizational capabilities and establishing a dynamic, high-performance culture.

Prior to her tenure at JUMO, Henry was the Head of HR & People Development at HeroTel. During her two-year tenure, she played a key role in managing HR functions as HeroTel expanded from approximately 300 to 1155 employees and integrated over 31 Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) companies.

Before HeroTel, Carolyn was the Owner of iFlourish (Pty) Ltd, where she provided coaching and modular training designed to support and grow talent. Her focus was on change management and organizational development, utilizing tools such as the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) for deeper insights into individual and organizational needs.

Henry also served as Change, Culture and Transformation Manager at Mondelēz International, where she facilitated change management initiatives for the EEMEA region. Her role included developing and embedding Mondelēz’s culture across the region and supporting the implementation of new organizational models.

Earlier in her career, Carolyn worked as Change Management Lead for Catalyst CEEMA at Kraft Foods SA, managing the implementation of SAP across 13 countries. She also held various roles at Deloitte as a Change Management Consultant, handling ERP projects and consulting across different industries.
