Chicago, Illinois, United States, May 2025 – Marni Helfand has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at LevelBlue, a leading cybersecurity company formed through a strategic alliance between AT&T and WillJam Ventures. In her new role, Marni will lead the global HR strategy for LevelBlue, aligning people initiatives with the company’s rapid growth and mission to simplify cybersecurity through innovation and intelligence.
Marni brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of law, human resources, and business leadership. Most recently, she served for over seven years as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Planet Group, where she provided executive leadership across HR strategy and legal operations for a global workforce in the consulting and staffing sectors.
Prior to that, she was Assistant General Counsel at Huron, a publicly traded business consulting firm, where she managed litigation and advised HR and business leaders on complex employment law matters and M&A activities for nearly five years.
She also held legal leadership roles at Empire Today and Levy Restaurants, where she advised on both commercial and employment matters, helping align legal strategy with human capital decisions. Her dual expertise continued during her tenure at Hudson, where she held the role of Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of HR, leading initiatives across legal and HR domains for over seven years.
Marni began her career as an Associate at Littler Mendelson, one of the most respected labor and employment law firms in the United States, further grounding her in the legal aspects of organizational people practices.
