Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, August 2025 – Marni Kitching has been promoted to Head of People at Neumann Contractors, part of the Neumann Group of Companies. In her new role, she will lead organizational culture, employee experience, and workforce development, aligning people strategy with Neumann Contractors’ diverse industrial operations spanning dredging, civil construction, equipment manufacturing, and steel fabrication.
Kitching has been with Neumann Contractors since June 2025, previously contributing to people and culture initiatives before taking on the leadership role of Head of People. Her promotion reflects the organization’s focus on strengthening its talent and culture framework to support long-term growth.
Prior to Neumann Contractors, she served as Learning and Organisational Development Manager at Queensland Airports Limited for nearly a year, where she designed and executed organizational development strategies and workforce engagement programs.
Earlier, she held a senior role at Lendi Group as Senior Manager, Experience & Organisational Development, where she developed a company-wide capability framework, employee benefits program, and performance review system, while championing employee experience and culture across hybrid and remote environments.
Before that, Kitching was Head of Learning and Development at Outsourced Doers, leading a global L&D team and building learning frameworks across sales, customer service, and product training. She also served at Greenstone Financial Services as Senior Leadership & Soft Skills L&D Specialist, where she focused on leadership development, organizational culture, and behavioral change programs.
Her earlier career includes senior learning and training leadership roles at breakthru, Evocca College, Career Door, Charisma Training Group, and Work Directions Australia, where she specialized in people development, leadership coaching, and performance frameworks. Across these roles, Kitching built a reputation as a workplace coach, facilitator, and strategist driving people-centered organizational transformation.
