Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, November 2025 — Martin Lopez Bubenik has taken on the role of Head of Talent Data & Advisory, Latin America at Aon, where he will lead the region’s talent data strategy and advisory services. In this expanded leadership mandate, Bubenik is responsible for strengthening organizational effectiveness, accelerating talent development, and enabling people-centric business growth across diverse Latin American markets.
Before stepping into his new role, Bubenik served as Head of Compensation & Benefits, Latin America at Aon for over one year, where he strengthened regional rewards strategies, advanced compensation governance, and supported total rewards transformation across multiple countries. His work contributed significantly to aligning Aon’s rewards philosophy with evolving business needs across Latin America.
Prior to joining Aon, Bubenik spent nearly three years with MLB Consultoria as a C&B Senior Consultant, advising clients on total rewards frameworks, organizational development, job evaluation, salary structures, long-term incentives, and compensation analytics. His expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, VBA, Python, and SQL enabled him to architect data-driven solutions that improved decision-making for organizations in the region.
Earlier in his career, Bubenik served more than two years at Criteria as Financial Advisor – Corporate Pension Plan, where he worked on pension plan structures, trust and custody models, tax-efficient design, and advisory support for corporate clients. His work in financial analysis, CRM, and data interpretation laid the foundation for a blended capability across HR, finance, and analytics.
Before Criteria, Bubenik held a commercial role at Mercer as Business Development Manager, supporting strategic growth initiatives and strengthening customer relationships. Prior to this, he operated as a self-employed Compensation & Benefits Consultant, shaping rewards frameworks and HR solutions for organizations in Spain. Across these assignments, he built a strong foundation in communication, compensation strategy, negotiation, and data-based decision support.
In the earlier stages of his career, Bubenik gathered extensive human capital experience through progressively senior roles across HSBC Private Bank, Banco Supervielle, Mercer, AIG Direct, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Accenture, and Estudio Broda & Asoc. These roles spanned performance management, compensation leadership, rewards consulting, financial analysis, data modeling, long-term incentive valuation, total rewards design, and macroeconomic reporting—developing the broad technical and analytical capability that underpins his expertise today.
