Oak Ridge, Tennessee, United States, March 2025 – Masee Ramsey has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources at ORNL Federal Credit Union, marking a new milestone in her career with the organization. In her new position, she will lead the credit union’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, total rewards, and organizational culture across its 19-county service area in Central East Tennessee.
Masee has been with ORNL Federal Credit Union for nearly four years, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Compensation & Benefits. In this capacity, she played a key role in designing and executing comprehensive compensation strategies, benefits programs, and employee wellness initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement goals.

Prior to her tenure at ORNL FCU, Masee spent close to eight years at Bailey International LLC as HR Manager, where she led talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance strategies for the Knoxville-based manufacturing organization. Her time at Bailey laid the foundation for her strong operational HR acumen.
Masee began her professional career in healthcare as a Patient Access Associate at Blount Memorial Hospital, gaining valuable experience in customer service, systems management, and administrative operations over a period of three and a half years.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from King University, further strengthening her foundation in strategic HR leadership.
