West Hartford, Connecticut, United States, January 2026 — Bank of America has appointed Masha Namnun as Vice President; Human Resources Manager – Global Payments Solutions. In this expanded HR leadership role, Namnun will support talent and people strategy for the Global Payments Solutions business, strengthening the organization’s workforce capability, leadership pipeline, and employee experience in alignment with business priorities.
Prior to this appointment, Masha Namnun served at Bank of America for about four years as Vice President; Talent Acquisition – Global Banking & Markets, where she played a critical role in hiring strategy and talent delivery for one of the bank’s most dynamic and competitive business segments. Her work supported the build-out of high-performing teams, enabling business leaders to attract and retain strong talent across global markets.
Before joining Bank of America, Namnun built deep expertise in staffing and recruitment through Staffworks Inc., where she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for close to a year in Seymour, Connecticut. In this role, she worked closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, manage selection and interview processes, strengthen employer branding, and lead recruitment events—while building long-term talent pipelines for client organizations.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple progressive roles at Aerotek, strengthening her foundation in recruitment and account leadership. She served as an Operations & Facilities Management Account Manager, supporting staffing across critical maintenance and facilities roles in the Washington DC–Baltimore region. Prior to that, she was Account Manager – Architecture, Engineering, Environmental & Construction Services, and earlier worked as a Recruiter, gaining strong end-to-end experience in talent sourcing, candidate matching, and client relationship management.
Namnun also brings early career experience in education administration, including a brief leadership assignment as Interim Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Saint Joseph, and earlier as an Admissions Counselor at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where she supported recruitment programs, student outreach, and admissions operations.
