Additionally, Mr. Thakur has held prominent roles at Aarti Industries Ltd and was pivotal in leading corporate HR initiatives that included Total Rewards and HR Digital. His career is also marked by significant achievements in operational leadership and strategic human resources management at international levels, including his tenure as Head of Corporate CoE at Aarti Industries Ltd, where he spearheaded various transformative initiatives.
