Oxfordshire, England, May 2024 – Jenna Hartley has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at TFP Fertility Group. She will lead the People function, focusing on business partnering, culture development, and enhancing the employee value proposition.
Hartley brings over 20 years of experience in human resources to her new role. Most recently, she served as the Head of People at Complete Technology Group, where she developed and led the People function, building a business culture and EVP within a start-up environment. Before this, she was Head of HR at Rodericks Dental Partners, responsible for developing the HR and L&D future agenda and people proposition for the growing business.
Earlier in her career, she held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at FirstPort, where she supported, coached, and influenced Heads of Business to achieve their strategic goals. She also provided HR consultancy services at Neo HR Ltd, specializing in policy development and employee communication strategies for global engineering and government-funded businesses.
Hartley has also contributed to organizations like Admin Re, DSGi plc, and Luminar PLC, enhancing her expertise in HR strategy, policy development, and talent management.
