Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Hashtag Orange, the Gurugram-headquartered integrated marketing agency, has promoted Gaurang Menon to Managing Partner & Creative Head – West. In this expanded role, Menon will continue to lead Mumbai operations, focusing on growth, expansion and creative effectiveness.
Menon rejoined Hashtag Orange in 2024 as Regional & Creative Head – Mumbai, after previously serving as Creative Chief until 2022. Since his return, he has built the Mumbai office from the ground up, delivering 40% year-on-year growth, onboarding marquee clients, and strengthening the agency’s integrated offering across strategy, creative, production, media, and performance.
Under his leadership, the Mumbai branch has secured mandates from brands across verticals such as Healthcare and Nutrition, General Insurance, Education, Skincare, Men’s Grooming and Car-Tech. The office has also won over 10 industry awards across campaigns.
Some of the Mumbai branch work includes the recent Zuno General Insurance’s ‘Good Drivers Choose Zuno’ campaign which was a complete 360 degrees digital and offline campaign, The Man Company’s Raksha Bandhan Rap of the Year; Swiss Beauty Craze tribe Anthem, LPU Pros and Cons and Celevida’s recent pan-India influencer campaign; Menon has also directed ad-films for Zuno and Swiss Beauty, with the latter recently winning two industry awards.
