His mandate includes strengthening leadership capability, building high-performing teams, and enabling a culture of innovation and growth as Affle continues to scale its AI-led mobile advertising and consumer intelligence platforms globally.

Prior to joining Affle, Rupane served as Vice President HR & Head COE – Talent Acquisition at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, where he led enterprise-wide HR digitization initiatives. During his tenure, he spearheaded AI-driven recruitment transformation and introduced a metaverse-based onboarding platform, significantly modernizing the talent lifecycle and enhancing candidate and employee experience.

Earlier, at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, he held the position of General Manager HR | Head Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, strengthening employer branding and talent acquisition frameworks. His career also includes nearly seven years at Bharti Airtel, where he progressed through multiple senior HR leadership roles, including heading HR for Direct-to-Customer (D2C) business, leading HR for Upper North markets, and overseeing HR for the Network Operations Center covering 1,500+ employees. At Airtel HQ, he led large-scale talent acquisition efforts, recruiting over 1,200 professionals in a single fiscal year.

Rupane began his HR leadership journey at Infosys BPM, where he managed global leadership hiring mandates, partnered with CXO-level stakeholders, and earned high-performer recognition for driving quality of hire, recruitment efficiencies, and process excellence. An alumnus of IMI Delhi, where he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in OB & HR, Rupane brings over 15 years of cross-sector HR experience spanning IT, insurance, telecom, and manufacturing.
