With an illustrious career spanning over three decades across apparel manufacturing, supply chain leadership, and global operations, Matthew Wallace brings a deep legacy of driving operational excellence and business transformation. In his new role, he will oversee end-to-end business operations, supply chain optimization, and strategic execution to support Rhone’s “Forever Forward” vision as it continues to expand its retail presence to 22 stores by the end of 2025.

Prior to joining Rhone, Matthew served as Chief Executive Officer at DXM Inc., where he led manufacturing operations and business development, implementing digital innovation and strategic planning across global markets. Earlier, during his eight-year tenure at PVH Corp., he held leadership positions including Executive Vice President – PVH Supply and Executive Vice President – Global Supply Chain, where he spearheaded large-scale operational transformation and performance initiatives across the organization.

Matthew’s experience also includes pivotal roles at Walmart, where he served as Senior Director of Sourcing for the Global Merchandising Center, and at Cerberus Capital Management, where he contributed to operational restructuring in portfolio companies. His early leadership at Donnkenny Apparel and Meredith Inc. solidified his reputation for streamlining supply chains, implementing “Concept to Consumer” models, and enhancing profitability through process innovation and global sourcing excellence.

His appointment underscores Rhone’s commitment to strengthening its operational leadership and scaling its performance-driven apparel ecosystem, while continuing to inspire progress and movement in every aspect of modern life.
