In this role, he will be responsible for driving global people strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and strengthening organizational development across Emma’s international operations.
Maximilian has been an integral part of Emma’s leadership team, previously serving as Vice President – People & Organisation, where he played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, scaling people operations, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. His leadership contributed to enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth during a crucial phase of the company’s expansion.
Prior to joining Emma, Maximilian held leadership roles in investment and finance, including Managing Director – Investments at LINUS Digital Finance and various positions at Deutsche Bank, where he worked in Markets/DCM, Corporate Finance, and Foreign Exchange Solutions. His background in strategic leadership, business transformation, and financial structuring has provided him with a unique perspective on aligning people strategy with business objectives.
