Irving, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Patra Corporation, a leading provider of technology-enabled insurance outsourcing and AI-powered automation solutions, has announced the appointment of Shonna Andersen as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
In her new role, Shonna will lead Patra’s global Human Resources function, driving enterprise-wide people strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support the company’s fast-growing AI-enabled insurance services business worldwide.
Shonna Andersen brings more than two decades of global HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, private equity, and high-growth enterprise environments.
Prior to joining Patra, she served for nearly four years as Head of Human Resources, People & Culture at SmartLinx, a private-equity-owned SaaS company, where she partnered directly with the CEO and Board to lead HR transformation, build high-performance cultures, and modernize HR operations and analytics. She played a key role in restructuring HR strategy, building scalable talent acquisition frameworks, improving employee engagement scores, and leading HR due diligence and post-transaction integration following SmartLinx’s acquisition by Lone View Capital.
Earlier, Shonna spent more than six years with Conduent as Vice President, Global Human Resources, where she led HR strategy for large global business units supporting tens of thousands of employees, managed workforce restructuring and post-IPO organizational transformation, and partnered closely with executive leadership on growth, M&A integration, and cultural transformation initiatives.
She also built a strong foundation at Sabre Corporation, serving for over seven years in senior HR leadership roles supporting technology and corporate functions, and earlier in her career, held senior HR roles with Citigroup, managing recruiting, compensation, and workforce performance programs for large employee populations.
Shonna holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Doane University.
