Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, June 2026 — Srikanth Swaminathan has started a new position as Chief Executive Officer at BOT VFX, bringing nearly three decades of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, global delivery management, artificial intelligence, product engineering, and business operations.
As Chief Executive Officer, Srikanth will lead BOT VFX’s strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, client engagement efforts, and talent development agenda as the company continues to strengthen its position as a global visual effects services provider.
Prior to joining BOT VFX, Srikanth served as Managing Director and Global Delivery Head – Commercial at Brillio, where he led global delivery operations across the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Information, Communications, Media, and Utilities sectors. During his tenure, he built high-performing teams, leveraged AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational excellence, and partnered with business leaders to develop go-to-market strategies that accelerated growth and strengthened customer value.
Before Brillio, he was Managing Director at Investis Digital, where he led the India Global Capability Center for the UK-based corporate communications technology company. He successfully revitalized the India operations, built high-performance product teams, transformed delivery models through agile methodologies, and drove employee engagement initiatives during one of the most challenging periods of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier, Srikanth spent nearly two decades with Cognizant, holding a series of progressively senior leadership positions. As AVP – Digital Technology and Delivery Head, he managed digital delivery programs for Banking and Financial Services clients, leading large-scale initiatives across customer experience, conversational AI, mobile platforms, security, automation, blockchain, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
His tenure at Cognizant also included leadership roles as Senior Director and Practice Head – SharePoint & Collaboration Services, Senior Director and Practice Head – Enterprise Risk & Security Services, and Chief Architect, Advanced Solutions Group, where he played a key role in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, risk management, and technology innovation.
Prior to Cognizant, Srikanth worked with Ripple Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Engineer and earlier served as a Technology Specialist at Cognizant in the United States. He began his professional journey as a Software Engineer at California Software, laying the foundation for a successful career spanning software engineering, architecture, delivery leadership, and executive management.
Throughout his career, Srikanth has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, agile delivery, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, customer experience platforms, business operations, and large-scale organizational leadership. His appointment marks an important milestone for BOT VFX as the company continues to expand its global footprint and service capabilities.
