WARSAW, Mazowieckie, Poland, September 2025 – Maximiliano Bellassai has stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Member of the Management Board at T-Mobile Polska, marking a strategic leadership move within Deutsche Telekom Group. Based in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area, Maximiliano brings over two decades of diverse commercial and telecom experience to the organization.

Prior to this appointment, Maximiliano served for over four years as Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Management Board at T-Mobile Czech Republic, where he played a pivotal role in steering the company’s growth strategy across the Czech market. His leadership focused on strengthening customer-centric operations, expanding market share, and accelerating innovation in digital and mobile services.

Earlier, Maximiliano spent nearly a decade at Millicom (Tigo), where he held multiple key leadership roles. As Commercial Business Unit Vice President in Colombia, he spearheaded regional commercial initiatives, and before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer and Residential Business Unit Manager in Paraguay. Across these roles, he built robust commercial frameworks and drove operational excellence across Latin American markets.

Maximiliano began his career in the banking and financial services sector at Sudameris, where he spent 15 years progressing through roles such as Senior Credit Risk Analyst, Key Account Manager, and B2B Director. His deep understanding of client relationship management and commercial risk laid a strong foundation for his transition into the telecom industry.

At T-Mobile Polska, Maximiliano will lead the commercial strategy with a focus on customer experience, digital innovation, and agile business transformation. His vast cross-continental experience is expected to further enhance the company’s position as a digital leader in Poland’s telecom sector.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
