Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, January 2025 – Meagan Scheffler has been appointed as the Head of Talent and Learning for Consumer Businesses at Wells Fargo, where she will be responsible for leading the talent development and learning strategies for the company’s Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) and Consumer Lending segments. She brings extensive experience in talent management, learning, and early career development to this role.
Prior to this promotion, Meagan Scheffler served as the Head of Talent and Learning for CSBB and Consumer Lending at Wells Fargo, where she focused on shaping learning strategies and talent development frameworks across the organization. She previously led the Early Careers Division, overseeing campus recruitment, learning programs, and emerging talent strategies.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Meagan worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over a decade, where she held various leadership roles including Head of Commercial Banking Campus Recruiting and National Director for Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Analyst Program. Her earlier roles at JPMorgan included positions in HR project management and talent program leadership, highlighting her expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and regulatory affairs.
