This pivotal role marks a significant milestone in Sison’s impressive 26-year tenure with the company, underscoring her deep commitment and substantial contributions to McDonald’s continued growth and innovation in human resources management.
Since joining McDonald’s in 1998, Sison has been instrumental in various capacities, culminating in her recent appointment in April 2024. In her new position, Sison is responsible for overseeing the harmonization of global HR processes to foster a simplified, locally relevant, and streamlined employee experience. Her efforts will focus on developing global process flows, conducting localization activities at the regional and market levels, and supporting the implementation of McDonald’s HR Service Delivery Model and Scaled Services.
Sison’s journey with McDonald’s has seen her evolve from a Financial Analyst to leading significant projects across the HR and finance spectrum. Notably, her roles have included Service Performance Manager, where she optimized finance and accounting services, and Intelligent Automation Manager, where she launched the Automation Center of Excellence (COE), yielding significant operational efficiencies. Her tenure as Director of HR Operations further solidified her reputation as a strategic leader capable of managing complex HR functions for over 50,000 U.S. staff and company-owned restaurant employees.
