Repono, an innovator in the energy storage sector, proudly announces the appointment of Jessica Mitrosbaras as the new CHRO People & Culture.

Mitrosbaras brings a rich background in human resources and culture management, previously holding influential roles at BatteryLoop, Sigma Technology Group, and Randstad Sourceright.

Mitrosbaras’ journey into Repono, which began in April 2024, follows the divestiture and transfer of BatteryLoop into Repono—a transformative step that underscores the company’s aggressive push into the European market. Her leadership at BatteryLoop as CHRO People & Culture laid the groundwork for her current role, demonstrating her ability to drive HR initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

Prior to her tenure at BatteryLoop, Mitrosbaras served Sigma Technology Group for nearly six years, where she significantly contributed as a Unit Manager and Recruitment and Culture Manager. Her efforts were instrumental in developing a transparent and inspiring team environment, alongside spearheading recruitment strategies that emphasized passion for technology and people.

Mitrosbaras also enriched her expertise through roles at Randstad Sourceright, focusing on recruitment for the Engineering & IT sectors, and at Wise Professionals, where she handled various HR tasks. Her career also includes a unique stint at The Red Lion, where she combined her service skills with HR responsibilities, showcasing her versatile skill set and dedication to fostering positive workplace cultures.
