Perrysburg, Ohio, United States, April 2025 – Meghan Makenzie L. has stepped into a new leadership role as Chief People Officer at Blink Marketing Logistics, bringing with her an extensive background in human resources strategy, organizational development, and people leadership. In this role, she will be responsible for driving talent strategy, culture building, and workforce planning to support Blink’s mission of delivering exceptional marketing fulfillment and print services.
Before this appointment, Meghan Makenzie L. held the position of Executive Vice President at Blink Marketing Logistics, where she led strategic operations and organizational initiatives, laying the foundation for her elevation to the CPO role. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at the same organization, where she played a critical role in aligning HR processes with the company’s growth and operational needs.
Earlier, she served as Director of Human Resources at Swanton Welding and Machining Co., Inc., overseeing full-cycle HR operations, executive succession planning, and M&A integration processes for a multi-location manufacturing business. Her data-driven approach and ability to reduce turnover and enhance efficiency distinguished her leadership in this role.
Prior to that, Meghan led HR at Woodsage, managing strategic HR initiatives across recruitment, policy development, employee engagement, and compliance for over six years. She also played a vital role during acquisitions and organizational restructuring efforts.
Her career began with roles in HR and operations at organizations like Spring & Sprout, Owens Corning, BMO Financial Group, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she developed core expertise in compliance, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and marketing coordination. Her diverse industry exposure and leadership in cross-functional environments have contributed to her holistic HR approach.
