New York, United States, March 2025 – Meghan Wolf has been promoted to Group Director, Talent Strategist at GroupM, a global leader in media investment. In her expanded role, Meghan will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering closely with specialist division leaders to design, develop, and execute talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing attraction, retention, and organizational effectiveness. She will leverage data-driven insights to influence organizational design, culture, and agility, reinforcing GroupM’s commitment to innovation and excellence in talent management.
Prior to this promotion, Meghan served as Talent Strategist at Wavemaker, a GroupM agency, for approximately two years. In this role, she successfully partnered with senior leadership to implement impactful talent solutions across 18 client teams, encompassing over 500 employees. Meghan notably designed and facilitated the agency’s first high-performing mentoring program and revamped the employee onboarding experience. Additionally, she collaborated with Organizational Effectiveness and Learning teams to launch tailored training catalogs and team effectiveness workshops, significantly enhancing employee engagement and performance.

Earlier, Meghan held roles at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, serving as Senior Manager, HR Strategy & Effectiveness, and as Organizational Development Manager. She was responsible for leading learning and development initiatives across the Americas region, performance management processes, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion programs, supporting 750 employees across multiple locations.
Previously, Meghan served as Organizational Development Analyst at Sumitomo, focusing on training and development programs, talent management systems, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her early career included HR roles at Integra LifeSciences, Deloitte, and Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, demonstrating her steady progression and expertise in talent strategy and organizational development.
