In this position, Mei Ling will lead Aviatrix’s People Operations to support its mission of making cloud networking simple and agile. Her responsibilities include optimizing HR processes and fostering a dynamic work culture that aligns with Aviatrix’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
Previously, Mei Ling served as Director of People Operations at Paxos, where she spent over a year developing people programs that enhanced remote and in-office experiences for teams across multiple locations. Her contributions focused on implementing streamlined processes and reinforcing organizational culture to support Paxos’ growth.
Before her role at Paxos, Mei Ling was the Director of Compensation & People Program Management at Justworks. Her responsibilities included overseeing strategic compensation frameworks and managing complex people programs, which contributed significantly to Justworks’ operational efficiency and talent retention. She also provided consultation to various teams, ensuring alignment with Justworks’ core values and business goals.
With additional experience in roles at Blink Health and Sailthru, Mei Ling has established herself as a versatile HR leader. At Blink Health, she led Total Rewards and Workplace Services, focusing on comprehensive compensation strategies and employee experience. Her tenure at Sailthru further honed her skills in people operations, where she successfully managed HR programs that supported cross-functional integration and talent development.
