Melanie has been an integral part of ConstructConnect for over six years. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she led talent strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals. Prior to this, she held roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, spearheading recruitment initiatives and building robust hiring pipelines. Her early tenure at the company as a Talent Acquisition Consultant further solidified her reputation as a dedicated HR professional with a results-driven approach.
Before joining ConstructConnect, Melanie honed her skills as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles. Additionally, during her time at Miami University, she gained experience as a Benefits and Wellness Intern and contributed to academic research focusing on professional identity in European health systems.
