Priyamvada Jagia Appointed India Brand Head – Armani Brands at Fossil Group

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Priyamvada Jagia has embarked on a new professional chapter as India Brand Head – Armani Brands at Fossil Group, Inc., transitioning from a remarkable half-decade journey at Xiaomi India. Reflecting on her career evolution, she described 2025 as a year of reinvention, stepping from technology into the world of luxury and fashion. In her new role, she will lead brand marketing for Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange watches and jewellery across India, shaping strategy, storytelling, and consumer engagement for the iconic global labels.

With deep expertise in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and integrated campaigns, Priyamvada brings a strong blend of creative vision and performance-driven execution to the luxury segment.

At Fossil Group, Priyamvada Jagia now heads India brand marketing for Armani brands, steering positioning, communication, and consumer experience for the premium portfolio. She is responsible for crafting localized narratives while preserving global brand ethos, strengthening retail and digital presence, and driving growth in the competitive luxury accessories market.

Before this transition, Priyamvada spent over five and a half years at Xiaomi India, where she evolved into a seasoned technology product marketer. As Product Marketing Manager, she defined GTM strategy and positioning for flagship launches such as Xiaomi 14, Xiaomi CIVI, Redmi 14C 5G, and led large-scale ATL/BTL campaigns across print, TV, OOH, digital, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels. She managed celebrity collaborations, influencer strategies, and innovative initiatives including AI-led personalized retailer videos.

Earlier as Assistant Product Marketing Manager, she played a key role in the success of the Redmi 12 series, contributing to a 200% growth in 5G smartphone sales. Her work included campaign architecture, asset management, and performance marketing experimentation that delivered record sellouts and strong brand recall.

She began her Xiaomi journey as Associate Manager and Management Trainee, managing category launches across smartphones, wearables, and audio products, including the celebrated DiwaliWithMi campaign. Her formative experiences also include a marketing internship at PhonePe and content strategy roles with 22feet Tribal Worldwide and Rasta, where she shaped digital narratives for leading consumer brands.
