In this role, Dominique will oversee strategic HR operations and initiatives to align with BroadReach Group’s mission of driving healthcare innovation and transformation globally.
Dominique has been an integral part of the BroadReach team for over five years, previously serving as Group & Vantage Health Technologies Human Resources Manager, where she was instrumental in developing HR strategies, managing compliance frameworks, and driving talent management and employee engagement efforts. Her expertise in HR operations, training, and compliance played a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
Before joining BroadReach, Dominique contributed to impactful HR leadership roles at Oxford University Press, where she managed HR services across nine African countries, focusing on strategy, compliance, and talent development. Her career journey also includes HR leadership roles at WebAfrica, EE, and Bibette, where she excelled in building high-performing teams and implementing strategic HR policies.
Dominique holds a strong track record of delivering HR excellence, underpinned by her expertise in performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
