Montana, United States, October 2024 – Melissa Miner has been appointed as the VP/Director of Human Resources at First Montana Bank. In this new role, Melissa will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving the bank’s people strategies, and ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Before stepping into her current position, Melissa served as Human Resource Director at First Montana Bank for over three years. During this period, she played a key role in managing HR operations and contributed to the bank’s success by focusing on employee engagement and development.
Prior to joining First Montana Bank, Melissa owned and operated ProPoint NW Notary, a successful notary business that she has managed since April 2021. Her entrepreneurial experience honed her leadership and management skills, which she has effectively applied to her HR roles.
Melissa also served as the Human Resource Director at TC GLASS LTD for nearly a year. During her tenure, she managed HR functions, contributing to the company’s operational growth and employee satisfaction. Her experience at TC GLASS LTD equipped her with skills in managing diverse teams and complex HR projects.
Earlier in her career, Melissa spent nearly a decade as the Human Resources Director at Montana Ace Hardware, where she led the HR department for nine years. Her long tenure allowed her to make significant contributions to the company’s HR infrastructure and employee development programs.
