With more than a decade of experience in human resources and organizational transformation, Melissa has been an integral part of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners for over seven years. Prior to this appointment, she served as Head of People & Culture, Corporate Functions Australia, where she led HR strategy for corporate teams, driving employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design initiatives. Earlier, as P&C Leadership Partner, she partnered closely with business leaders to embed inclusive people practices and enhance workforce capability across CCEP’s dynamic operations.

Before joining CCEP, Melissa held several key HR roles in the financial services sector. At RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) in London, she served as HR Business Partner for Commercial & Private Banking, where she steered large-scale talent programs, workforce planning, and strategic capability initiatives across international teams. She also served as HR Consultant within the same business, providing end-to-end advisory on performance and transformation projects.

Earlier in her career, Melissa spent nearly four years at AMP, where she led Organisational Design and Workforce Transition projects and served as an HR Specialist, managing complex employee relations across multiple business entities. She began her professional journey as an HR Graduate at AMP, developing a strong foundation in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and human capital development.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Human Resources) from the University of Technology Sydney. Her educational grounding in business strategy and people management has complemented her hands-on leadership in complex transformation environments.

In her new role, Melissa will lead the People & Culture function for CCEP’s Australia Pacific Supply Chain, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, and future-ready workforce initiatives to support sustainable growth.
