Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States, February 2025 – Meredith Baugher has stepped into the role of Senior Director, Human Resources – Sage at Stryker, where she will lead human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development for the Sage division. With extensive expertise in HR leadership across multiple business functions, Meredith is set to drive impactful workforce initiatives to support Stryker’s continued growth and innovation in the healthcare sector.
Meredith has been with Stryker for over eight years, steadily progressing through key HR leadership roles. Prior to her current role, she served as Director, Human Resources – Sustainability Solutions, where she played a critical role in shaping HR strategies for Stryker’s sustainability initiatives. Before that, she led HR efforts as Director, Human Resources – Endo, Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Endo, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Sports Medicine, contributing significantly to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and business alignment.
Before joining Stryker, Meredith worked at Michael Page, where she spent nearly three years in recruitment leadership roles, including Managing Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain, honing her expertise in talent acquisition and executive search. She also served as Supply Chain Recruiter at DynaStaff, further strengthening her background in recruitment strategy.
Earlier in her career, Meredith spent over eight years in collegiate athletics as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Lead Recruiter at University of Evansville, Gannon University, Youngstown State University, and Valparaiso University, where she developed strong leadership and coaching skills that translated seamlessly into her HR career.
Meredith Baugher holds a Bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, where she laid the foundation for her career in talent management and leadership.
