In this role, Mic will lead strategic initiatives to foster talent growth, implement innovative learning solutions, and cultivate an inclusive culture aligned with Magnite’s global operations.
Mic’s journey at Magnite spans over three years, starting as Senior Director, DE&I & Culture, where she designed impactful initiatives to advance equity and engagement across the organization. She later transitioned to Senior Director, Talent Management, focusing on enhancing employee experiences and aligning talent strategies with business goals.

Before joining Magnite, Mic held various leadership roles at SpotX (now part of Magnite), including Senior Director, Education & Experiences, where she led platform training and education programs. Her earlier career highlights include serving at RTL Nederland in programmatic demand operations and managing regional teams at SpotX in the Greater Denver Area. Mic also has unique experience as a Yoga Teacher with CorePower Yoga and as a Key Leader/Community Educator at lululemon athletica, reflecting her holistic approach to leadership and well-being.
