Boston, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Michael B. has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Acadian Asset Management, where he will lead the firm’s global human resources strategy, fostering a collaborative culture, and supporting talent development to drive organizational success.
Michael B. has been with Acadian Asset Management for approximately three years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Director of Human Resources for two years. In this role, he oversaw HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development across Acadian’s global offices. Before that, he served as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner, where he strengthened employee engagement and workforce alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.

Prior to joining Acadian, Michael held senior HR leadership roles at Continental Grain Company, including Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development. In this role, he drove leadership development programs, diversity initiatives, and succession planning. His earlier career includes nearly four years at Bridgewater Associates, focusing on talent acquisition, and nearly six years with Knights of Columbus, leading membership growth and leadership development initiatives.
