In his new role, Michael will enhance the firm’s staffing strategies, focusing on attracting top talent in software development, cyber security, and data science sectors among others.
With a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition, Michael has over a decade of experience, predominantly in the defense and technology sectors. Prior to joining Hamdan Resources, he was the Resource Manager at The Swift Group, LLC in Reston, Virginia from March 2023 to March 2024, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s mission-driven workforce strategy and fostering a culture of innovation and employee satisfaction.
Before his tenure at The Swift Group, Michael served as a Senior Technical Recruiter on an independent contract from October 2021 to February 2023 in Virginia. Here, he led full lifecycle technical recruiting for a small DOD contractor, enhancing recruitment processes and successfully filling numerous high-security clearance roles.
From April 2020 to October 2021, Michael was a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Riverside Research in Fairfax County, Virginia. At Riverside, he contributed significantly to advancing scientific research by recruiting top-tier talent for cutting-edge engineering and research disciplines.
