Battle Creek, Michigan, USA, May 2024 – Sarah Vincent has recently taken on the role of Senior Director, Human Resources within the Consumer & Beverage Group at TC Transcontinental Packaging. With over a decade of extensive experience in human resources within the packaging industry, Sarah is poised to make a significant impact in her new position.
Sarah Vincent joined TC Transcontinental Packaging in May 2018 as a Human Resources Manager and has steadily advanced through the ranks. Prior to her current role, she served as Human Resources Director for nearly two years, where she was instrumental in developing HR strategies that significantly enhanced workforce management and employee engagement practices within the Consumer & Beverage Group.
Before joining TC Transcontinental Packaging, Sarah was part of the Coveris Group for over eight years, where she held various positions. She started as a Production Supervisor and was promoted to Lead Manufacturing Supervisor and then Warehouse Manager, before transitioning to a Human Resources Representative. In these roles, she developed key skills in team management and HR operations, laying a solid foundation for her subsequent HR leadership roles.
Earlier in her career, Sarah gained valuable experience across several organizations, where she honed her expertise in human resources, employee relations, and organizational development. Her diverse experience across different levels of HR management equipped her with a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the HR field.
