Saint-Prex, Vaud, Switzerland, October 2024 – Lynn van Oossanen has been appointed as the Global Head of People Solutions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. In her new role, Lynn will lead the company’s HR transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering innovative people solutions and driving the global HR strategy.
Lynn previously served as Senior Manager, HR Solution & Transformation at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw HRIS and led major HR transformations. Her role involved developing and implementing HR solutions that streamlined operations and supported the company’s growth globally.
Before that, she was the HRIS Team Leader ad interim, responsible for leading HR information systems and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. Lynn’s leadership in HRIS support at Ferring spanned nearly four years, where she played a critical role in the global implementation of Workday and enhanced HR operational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Ferring, Lynn worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as Senior Manager, Global SAP HR Systems, where she acted as a global expert in SAP HR, overseeing key HRIS projects and supporting HR data management processes across EMEA and APAC regions.
Earlier in her career, Lynn held positions at Lyreco as an SAP HR and Finance consultant, where she contributed to HR systems support and helped optimize global HR operations.
