In this role, he will lead learning strategy, academic ownership, and content across upGrad’s degree, executive, AI, and university-partnered portfolio.
With over 9 years at upGrad, Raj Kumar Reddy has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s learning ecosystem. Most recently serving as Associate Vice President – Learning Experience, he led large-scale learning product innovation, including the successful launch of Generative AI programmes, achieving rapid market adoption and setting new benchmarks in time-to-market.
Over the years, he has built and scaled the GenAI learning vertical, developed global university partnerships, and driven AI-native programme design across content, assessment, and learner experience. His work includes leading strategic collaborations with premier institutions such as IIT Kharagpur, IIIT-B, and global universities, while architecting C-suite AI leadership programmes and next-generation learning models.
