Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, April 2026 — Andrea Dedrick has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Numotion, where she will lead the organization’s global people strategy, focusing on leadership development, culture, and workforce transformation aligned with its mission of empowering individuals with mobility limitations.
In her new role, Andrea Dedrick will support Numotion’s “Boldly Compassionate” culture while strengthening talent capabilities and enabling teams to deliver meaningful impact for customers. She will play a key role in advancing people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Numotion, Andrea Dedrick spent over 27 years at GE HealthCare, most recently serving as Head of HR – US & Canada, where she led people strategy for a $7 billion business with nearly 8,000 employees. Her extensive tenure at GE HealthCare includes multiple global HR leadership roles across imaging technology, supply chain, and commercial operations, where she drove large-scale transformation, talent development, and organizational design initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Eaton Corporation and gained foundational experience with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the City of St. Charles, Illinois, building deep expertise in labor relations, HR operations, and workforce strategy.
Andrea Dedrick holds a Master’s in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, further strengthening her strategic HR leadership credentials.
