New York, United States, April 2026 — Colleen Liguori has joined Channel Factory as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing extensive global HR leadership experience as the company continues to scale its people strategy across markets.
In this role, Colleen will lead global HR strategy, talent transformation, and organizational effectiveness, supporting Channel Factory’s growth as a leading technology and data platform in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Prior to joining Channel Factory, Colleen served as Global Executive, People Operations at The Trade Desk, where she contributed to advancing global people practices and supporting business growth across markets.
Before that, she held a senior HR leadership role at Petco, overseeing HR for retail operations across the NAMER and LATAM regions, strengthening her experience in large-scale workforce management.
Colleen also held a significant leadership role at Amazon as Global Senior HR Executive, where she led HR initiatives across NAMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and MENA, gaining deep expertise in global HR strategy, talent management, and large-scale organizational transformation.
Earlier, she served as CHRO and Global EVP – People & HR Operations at Digital Media Solutions Group, where she led global HR operations across multiple regions, with a strong focus on M&A integration, executive coaching, and high-performance culture building.
Her career also includes leadership roles at Amobee, Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego, Stanford University, and Catalent-Cardinal Health, where she built strong capabilities in global HR leadership, healthcare HR, academia, and pharmaceutical sectors, along with her role as an Executive Board Member at Women Of Martech.
Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources from American Public University System and has also completed the Stanford University Management Program, reflecting a strong academic foundation in leadership and HR management.
