Delhi, India, September 2025 – Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd., a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality float glass products, has appointed Kishor Kenche as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will spearhead the company’s people strategy, organizational development, and HR transformation initiatives to support its growth and innovation in the glass manufacturing sector.
Kishor joins Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd. after serving for over eight years as Country HR Head at Brembo Brake India Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business plans and organizational objectives. His leadership in succession planning, organizational design, and workforce transformation positioned HR as a strategic partner to the business.
Before that, Kishor worked as Head – Human Resources (Mumbai Cluster) at Crompton Greaves (CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd.) for four years, overseeing HR operations for two businesses and five divisions with more than 2,200 employees. His responsibilities spanned recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and engagement initiatives, where he also contributed to corporate projects on job analysis and diversity.
Earlier, Kishor held the role of Head Human Resources at Mubea India, where he led country-level HR strategies and initiatives for over three years, driving people development, retention, and process improvements. Prior to that, he spent more than four years with Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Limited as Manager – Human Resources, managing HR and ER operations for a large-scale plant with 3,200 employees.
Kishor also gained valuable HR experience with The Coca-Cola Company as Human Resources Manager, Ador Welding Ltd. as Assistant Manager – HR & Personnel, and began his career with Universal Consultants, accumulating over two decades of expertise across HR leadership, people strategy, and organizational transformation.
Kishor holds a Master’s in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
