Tokyo, Japan, November 2024 – Michael J. Case has stepped into the role of Global Head of People & Talent at Josys, a leading SaaS and device management platform. In this role, Michael will lead Josys’ global HR and talent strategy, driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while optimizing people operations to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Michael joins this position with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in HR leadership and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Head of Talent at Josys, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance talent acquisition and onboarding processes in just four months.
Before joining Josys, Michael held several significant positions across various industries. He served as Global Head of Partnerships at Meshd, where he built strategic collaborations to drive business growth. As CEO of Neptune People, he provided executive coaching, talent consulting, and leadership search services for high-growth organizations.
Michael’s earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Recruiting at Instacart, where he led recruitment during a critical phase of the company’s expansion, and Director of Recruiting for Americas Operations at Uber, where he implemented innovative strategies to scale the organization.
His expertise also extends to international roles, such as Director of Recruiting, Japan at Salesforce and Head of Mid-Career Recruitment, Japan at Morgan Stanley, showcasing his ability to navigate global talent challenges.
