Florham Park, New Jersey, United States, August 2024 – Michael Virgintino has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Celularity Inc. In his new role, Michael will lead the HR function, focusing on strategic human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational development as the company continues to innovate in the field of cellular medicine.
Michael joins this position after serving as the Executive Director, Compensation at Celularity Inc. for over two years. In this role, he was responsible for leading the company’s compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization.
Before joining Celularity, Michael had a distinguished 15-year career at Bayer Corp, where he held various senior roles, including Director U.S. Compensation and VP Compensation N.A. During his tenure at Bayer, he played a key role in shaping compensation policies and strategies that supported the company’s growth and talent retention efforts.
Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a Director of Compensation at Bayer HealthCare and as a Manager of Compensation at Schering-Plough, where he gained extensive experience in compensation management and HR operations.
