New York, United States, August 2024 – Cristina Johns has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Simone Development Companies. In her new role, Cristina will lead HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, compliance, and organizational development to support the company’s strategic goals.
Before joining Simone Development Companies, Cristina served as the Director of Human Resources at Triton Construction Company for nearly six years. During her tenure, she was responsible for overseeing HR compliance, managing employee relations, and enhancing the company’s HR policies and procedures.
Previously, Cristina was the Senior Human Resources Manager at Almstead Tree, Shrub & Lawn Care Company in New Rochelle, New York. In this role, she managed recruitment processes, employee relations, and benefits administration, contributing to the overall HR strategy and organizational goals.
Earlier in her career, Cristina spent over seven years at Harvard Maintenance in the Greater New York City Area, where she held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist & Benefits Administrator. She managed HR operations for a large employee base, handled recruitment, and ensured compliance with employment regulations.
Cristina’s career also includes significant experience at Protection Plus Security Corporation, where she served as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she was responsible for implementing company policies, managing a large security staff, and overseeing employee benefits and disciplinary actions.
