Canada, August 2024 – Michel Lalonde has assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources at ExamWorks, bringing extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership, change management, and employee engagement. In this new position, Michel will be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with ExamWorks’ goals, focusing on fostering a high-performance culture and enhancing overall employee experience.
Before joining ExamWorks, Michel served as Vice President of Administration & Operations at HALEO Clinic for approximately 2 years and 7 months, where he was instrumental in overseeing the clinic’s operational strategies and enhancing administrative processes.
Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Human Resources Canada at SNC-Lavalin for nearly 10 months. His responsibilities included optimizing HR processes, labor relations, and implementing strategic business partnering across the organization.
Michel also spent around 1 year and 6 months as VP Corporatif aux Ressources Humaines at Loto-Québec, where he focused on employee experience, succession planning, and global compensation.
Earlier in his career, Michel worked at Aimia Inc in various senior HR roles over a span of approximately 3 years. His last position at Aimia was as VP Talent & Culture – Coalitions, where he led initiatives in talent development, business partnering, and organizational development.
