Brøndby Municipality, Denmark, September 2024 – Michèle Gundstrup has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at Stena Recycling A/S. She is now part of the Top Management Team (TMT) and reports directly to the CEO.
Michèle Gundstrup has built an extensive career in HR and organizational leadership, marked by significant positions at notable organizations before her current role at Stena Recycling A/S.
At Beyond Project Leadership – Kurser & Consulting, Michèle served as a Freelance Head Coach, spearheading transformative leadership training and linking leadership efficacy to organizational effectiveness. She founded this consultancy to focus on critical areas such as leadership beyond traditional paradigms, helping businesses like Novozymes and FLSmidth enhance their strategic operations.
Prior to this, she led the People & Culture initiatives at MT Højgaard Danmark as the Head of People & Culture (HR Chef/CHRO). Here, she was instrumental in transforming the HR department into a pivotal element of the business strategy, significantly impacting team performance and project management culture.
Her earlier roles also include leading global HR initiatives at TotalEnergies in the North Sea Region, where she managed Talent and People & Culture Development, aligning people processes with strategic business objectives.
