Chicago, Illinois, United States, March 2026 – Jupiter Aluminum Corporation has appointed Michelle Lee as Head of Human Resources, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening people strategy and organizational capability as the company continues to scale its manufacturing operations.
In her new role, Michelle will lead HR strategy and execution across multi-site manufacturing operations, partnering closely with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with business growth, while driving initiatives in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Michelle Lee brings extensive HR leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial, and technology-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Director Human Resources at Signode, where she led HR strategy for a large-scale platform supporting equipment sales, automation solutions, and aftermarket services, while driving talent management, change initiatives, and M&A integration.
Prior to Signode, she worked as HR Division Head / Business Partner at Siemens, partnering with senior leadership across manufacturing, R&D, and business functions, where she drove workforce planning, improved employee engagement, and enhanced productivity through organizational transformation initiatives.
She also held leadership roles at Profile Products as Senior Director HR / Head of HR, where she built the HR function from the ground up, supported rapid organizational growth, and led multiple post-acquisition integrations while implementing performance management and succession planning frameworks.
Earlier in her career, she served as Director HR at Daifuku Intralogistics America and Global HR Director at Progressive Components, where she established HR departments, drove large-scale cultural transformation, improved employee engagement, and implemented HR technology and talent strategies to support business expansion.
Education
Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
