Michelle brings over five years of experience from her tenure at TD, where she held several roles, including Senior Manager, Talent Planning & Development, Senior Manager, Executive Talent Strategy, and Manager, SVP Journey. Her work at TD involved shaping talent planning frameworks, executing executive strategies, and developing performance management solutions that aligned with organizational goals.
Before her time at TD, Michelle served as Manager, Talent & Diversity at Rogers Communications for nearly five years, where she led inclusion and diversity strategies, informed by best practices and internal data analysis. Her earlier roles at Rogers also included managing executive coaching processes and supporting inclusion initiatives to drive cultural transformation.
Michelle’s extensive background also includes roles as HR Specialist at Rogers and Business Administrator & Office Manager at Shiplake Management Company, where she supported business operations and strategic projects for nearly eight years.
