Prior to joining Florida Capital Bank, Michelle Sammet served as the Director of Human Resources Compliance at The Adecco Group for over two years. During her tenure, she played a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization, leveraging her expertise in workforce solutions to support the company’s global operations.
Before her role at Adecco, Michelle was the Director of Human Resources and Marketing at Intuition, LLC for nearly nine years. She contributed significantly to driving employee engagement and compliance in the college savings and education finance sectors, as well as in database systems regulating the payday-loan industry.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as the Chief Human Resources and Marketing Officer at Florida Capital Bank from 2005 to 2014. In this capacity, she was instrumental in the bank’s HR and marketing strategies, focusing on recruitment, regulatory compliance, and employee development. Additionally, she has experience as a Human Resources Executive at Bank of America, where she honed her leadership skills in the financial services industry.
