Davison, MI, United States – October 2024 – Jaime Zerka has been appointed as the Senior Director, Human Resources/Organizational Effectiveness at Ascension.
Before this role, Jaime served as the Director of Human Resources – Organizational Effectiveness at Ascension, where she led HR initiatives for over a year and a half, focusing on strategic planning, management, and the integration of mergers and acquisitions. Earlier at Ascension, she was a Human Resources Business Partner, where she contributed to strategic HR planning and implementation for nearly 3 years.
Prior to Ascension, Jaime was the Director of Human Resources at McLaren Health Care, where she developed and executed integrated HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, talent management, and organizational design. During her tenure at McLaren, she played a significant role in organizational planning and M&A strategies.
Jaime’s career also includes roles at Diplomat, where she held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources for almost 5 years. In this role, she managed talent acquisition, compensation, benefits programs, and HR integration for mergers and acquisitions, while leading a team of 19 HR professionals.
