Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Hardik Someshvar has taken on a new entrepreneurial role as Chief Executive Officer at AeroDef Nexus, a dynamic platform dedicated to transforming the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry through strategic consulting, investment facilitation, and high-impact executive services. Under his leadership, AeroDef Nexus will focus on angel investments, venture capital, private equity, cross-border strategic partnerships, and fractional C-suite gigs for A&D companies around the globe.
Prior to founding AeroDef Nexus, Hardik served in multiple senior leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, where he led strategic planning, operations support, and customer account management across India and global markets. He played a key role in developing India market strategies, establishing centers of excellence, and enabling product transitions in high-growth areas like metallic doors and nacelle systems.
Over his 16-year tenure at Collins Aerospace, Hardik held several impactful roles including Senior Manager of Strategy & Projects, Senior Project Manager for Aerostructures, and Technical Lead for Quality, where he drove initiatives around quality systems, program management, and cost optimization. He was instrumental in building new business lines, leading teams across multiple geographies, and fostering innovation in design, operations, and supply chain integration.
Earlier in his career, Hardik gained valuable experience at General Motors, GE, and even co-founded e-Mechsys Technologies, highlighting his blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.
