Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, July 2024 – Michelle Sherman has recently started her position as Vice President, Human Resources at IMS Legal Strategies. In this new role, Michelle will oversee human resources functions, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
Michelle Sherman has been with IMS Legal Strategies for nearly a year. Most recently, she served as the Senior Director, Human Resources, where she led HR operations and developed strategic HR programs that supported the company’s growth and employee engagement. Her leadership and expertise were pivotal in enhancing the HR function.
Before joining IMS Legal Strategies, Michelle was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Adaptivity, Inc. Here, she was responsible for HR consulting, policy development, and project management, helping organizations streamline their HR processes and improve compliance.
Prior to Adaptivity, Michelle held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Revenue Analytics, Inc. In this role, she focused on change management, employee development, and workforce planning, contributing significantly to the company’s operational excellence and strategic growth.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at OneDigital Southeast, where she led HR functions and played a crucial role in merging health, wealth, and human resources services to support business growth and innovation.
Michelle’s career also includes her role as Director of ASO & HR Services at Proliant, where she managed HR and payroll processes, ensuring compliance and improving efficiency across the organization.
Her extensive experience in HR management began with roles such as Senior HR Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing and Senior Manager, Human Resources at Atlantis Plastics, where she handled a range of HR activities, from employee relations to benefits administration and HRIS management.
