Austin, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Mike Cilla has been named Vice President of People Operations at Central Health, where he will oversee strategic initiatives, HR operations, workforce planning, and the optimization of HR technologies. In this role, Cilla will lead the People Operations, Planning, and Systems Center of Excellence, aiming to foster collaboration and drive transformative initiatives that enhance organizational health and employee experience.
Mike Cilla has been with Central Health for over a year and a half, previously serving as Enterprise Senior Director of HR Strategy & Analytics. In this role, he spearheaded HR technology modernization and led a high-performing team that advanced people analytics and aligned HR strategies with Central Health’s FY2024-2026 HR Strategic Plan.

Prior to joining Central Health, Cilla worked at Juul Labs for four years, holding roles such as Director of HR Strategy & Insights and Senior HR Business Partner. At Juul, he developed impactful people analytics, optimized HR tools, and supported global HR strategies and operations.
Earlier in his career, Cilla served as HR Consultant, Managed Services at Namely, where he provided HR compliance guidance and created scalable processes for clients across diverse industries. He has also held roles at organizations such as Victory Marketing Agency, Electronic Arts, and Guitar Center, where he gained experience in HR strategy, operations, and organizational development.
